Notification of Acceptance
You will receive an e-mail from the scientific committee regarding the acceptance status of your abstract by
March 28th, 2025.
If you have not received an e-mail notifying you of your submission status by
April 1st, 2025, please contact scientific.pst2025@su.ac.th with your name, the title of your submission and your registration code.
Notification of Presentation Time
If your abstract is accepted, the scientific committee will contact you to provide the schedule, including the date and time of your presentation, the duration of your speaking time, and other final information and instructions. If you have not received an e-mail with this information by
March 28st, 2025, please notify scientific.pst2025@su.ac.th with your name, the title of your submission and your registration code.
Please note that individual requests for specific presentation dates and/or times cannot be accommodated due to the very large number of presentations and other factors that the program committee must consider when scheduling the overall program.
Paper Review Program and Proceedings
If your submission is accepted, you will be encouraged to participate in an optional paper review program. If you wish to participate, you will prepare a 5-page paper, which will be included in the conference proceedings.
The draft manuscript is due by
April 11th - 30th, 2025, and will be reviewed by three experts. You may revise your manuscript from
March 28th to April 30th, 2025, and it will be published online by
June 11th, 2025.
Both poster and oral presenters are welcome to submit manuscripts for proceedings publication.
A Note About Deadlines
Please adhere strictly to deadlines; no exceptions will be made. Mark your calendar with all important dates and plan ahead to avoid delays, technical issues, or last-minute complications. This also allows the Scientific Committee sufficient time to assist you if needed.
